Align Fund I – GP and Investment Committee Member

Mr. Tetrault is a Principal of Align Finance Partners, Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of the Highridge Costa Housing Companies and member of the investment committee. He is responsible for Align’s investments and strategic direction.

Mr. Tetrault has been an integral member of a management team that has developed and/or invested in approximately 27,000 affordable housing units, representing a portfolio of more than 275 properties.

Prior to forming Align Finance Partners and becoming a Senior VP of Highridge Costa Housing Companies, he was Vice President, Controller and Chief Accounting Officer with ARV Assisted Living, Inc. (a developer and operator of senior assisted living facilities and multifamily apartments) and an Audit Manager at Arthur Andersen, LLP. Mr. Tetrault is a member of National Board of Trustees and Finance Committee of Mercy Housing, one of the nation’s largest non-profit affordable housing organizations.

Mr. Tetrault earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, with an emphasis in accounting, from California State University, Long Beach. He is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California (inactive).
