Ms. Van Eerden is a Loan Originator with Align Finance Partners. Ms. Van Eerden is responsible for Align’s debt originations, loan processing and monitoring existing investments.

As part of her responsibilities, Ms. Van Eerden assists the management team in marketing Align’s products and managing borrower relationships.

Prior to joining Align Finance Partners, Ms. Van Eerden was an Associate Director with Berkadia Commercial Mortgage, where she focused on agency debt originations. At Berkadia, she was also responsible for underwriting and processing transactions. She began her career with Prudential Mortgage Capital Company, providing analytical and transactional support for general account originations. To date, she has closed over $1B in commercial debt.

Ms. Van Eerden holds a B.B.A. in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Wisconsin and an M.S. in Urban Studies from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
